    The book encourages you to work out what is important to you and what is not, how to declutter your life and put the unimportant things into perspective while reaching toward and motivating yourself on the things that matter. Highly recommend and humorous reading.

    Overall an easy read. Everything makes sense and communicated in a witty and super relatable way. I have several friends I would definitely encourage to read this book

    I really enjoyed reading this book. In fact it has inspired me to stop procrastinating and put fingers to keyboard and write all those stories I have every day in my mind. I even liked the 'pottiness' of the language..that's my kind of language. I am a 67 yr old English teacher and love the brutal bare bones way Mark expressed himself. At times this book inspired me and at others it depressed me.. If all there is, are problems, why are we here? ..I had to put it down for a few hours..to process it. His perspective on love, fear and death in particular, reinforced how I feel about them. It made me face some hard truths that I have always avoided but that's a good thing. We need to learn new things everyday as we should evolve everyday.. I had to finish it quickly and so I did. Soon I will read it again. Thank you Sue Edwards

    This book was okay. A bit of an overuse of provocative language seemingly just to be controversial. I also found it difficult to connect to a lot of his ideas. Maybe it’s because I already don’t give an f or maybe it’s because this book is mostly just opinions and pseudoscience.

    is exactly what I needed to hear! What we all need to hear and live by. Do yourself a favour and read it. If you don’t take responsibility for yourself by the books end.....read it again, and again if need be until you do! Then be a friend and recommend it to others. It’s the shift in thinking we all need to grow at our best.

    Reading this book reminded me of the movie Fight Club. “The things you own end up owning you” etc. Really inspirational and thought provoking stuff Mark, well done 👍🤟
